payment and cancellation policies

At Gulrang, we value simplicity, transparency, and respect for each other’s time. We’ve designed our payment and cancellation policies to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience for all our beloved guests.

1. The Booking Process

To secure your stay at Gulrang, a 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking. This helps us reserve your room, ensuring your spot in our peaceful retreat. The remaining balance can be settled on arrival.

Payment Methods:

         Bank transfers

         Online payment gateways

         Cash (in local currency)

Please note that for special events or high-demand periods, a higher advance payment may be requested. We’ll let you know in advance, don’t worry!

2. Confirming Your Stay

Once your advance is received, your room at Gulrang is officially reserved, and we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details. It’s our way of saying: “We can’t wait to host you!”

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation, here’s how we handle it:

        Up to 14 days before your stay: A full refund of your advance payment, minus

        a small processing fee.

        7-14 days before your stay: We’ll refund 50% of the advance payment.

        Less than 7 days before your stay: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund.

However, we can offer you a one-time rescheduling of your stay within the next 6 months (subject to availability).

4. Early Departures & Modifications

Should you decide to shorten your stay once you’ve arrived, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for unused nights will be processed, but this might be subject to a small fee based on operational costs.

5. No-Show Policy

If you’re unable to make it to Gulrang and we don’t hear from you, the full booking amount will be charged. We’ll miss you, but please notify us if something comes up—we’d love to reschedule your stay for another time.

6. Special Requests

We’re happy to accommodate special requests (a candle-lit dinner, a surprise cake, bonfire, or barbeque!)—just let us know ahead of time. Charges for special requests will be added to your final bill.

7. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. We’re committed to making this process as seamless as possible.
